LGC's Grant Management Group helps drive public sector savings as a Crown Commercial Service supplier

LGC has been named as a supplier for the Grants and Programme Services (RM949) framework agreement set up by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS). This is to administer and support the delivery of grants and programmes for UK public sector bodies including charities.

Delivered through its Grant Management Group, LGC will supply services in all five lots of the agreement, spanning the design and set-up of grants and programmes; assessment of applications; distribution and monitoring of grant monies; detailed evaluations of existing grants and programmes; and other services to support applicants or funded organisations.

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) works with bodies across the public sector to ensure maximum value is extracted from every commercial relationship and improve the quality of service delivery. The CCS goal is to become the “go-to” place for expert commercial and procurement services.

Dr David King, Director of LGC’s Grant Management Group, said: “We are delighted to become a CCS Grants and Programme Services supplier. Our Group has significant experience in managing programmes and grants on behalf of the public sector so being part of this agreement will allow us to work with more customers to deliver value through cost savings, quality improvements and innovation.”

Enquiries from UK public sector bodies and charities looking for grants and programme services under this agreement are welcomed. Contact: Simon Bradshaw, Business Development, Grant Management Group, LGC
