2018 UK NMS user survey - information
To help us understand the impact the UK National Measurement System generates from our government-funded measurement programmes, and to help us prioritise how money is spent in the future, an independent research organisation (Winning Moves) has been commissioned to undertake a survey of customers of the national measurement institutes; the National Measurement Laboratory (NML) at LGC, NPL and NEL (formerly National Engineering Laboratory).
As part of the exercise, Winning Moves will be contacting a sample of our customers by telephone across April and May 2018. If invited to participate, we will really value your input into this research. The results of this work will be used to inform decisions regarding future investment and development of our services, and so please view this is an opportunity to feed into this process.
Any findings from the resulting analysis will be shared amongst the measurement laboratories, but neither you nor your organisation will be named in any reports or published outputs. Any information that you share will be kept confidential and stored securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).
If you have any specific questions about the project, please contact the NML’s Impact Manager
or the Project Manager at Winning Move
