Lystrup

LGC's Genomics (LGC Biosearch Technologies A/S) team in Denmark is located in Lystrup, a suburb of Aarhus, the 2^nd largest city in Denmark. We are specialised in the manufacture of oligonucleotides with prodigious proficiency, catalysing the development of revolutionary new oligo based technologies.

Products include manufacturing of research grade DNA, RNA or DNA/RNA hybrid sequences, DNA encoded libraries and catalogued assays for Stellaris® RNA FISH. We also offer cGMP manufacturing of oligonucleotide components for molecular diagnostic assays. The oligonucleotides can be modified with a wide range of modifications, including Biosearch Technologies’ proprietary dark quenchers (BHQ® dyes) and fluorescent dyes (CAL Fluor®, Quasar® and Pulsar®) for real-time PCR, qPCR, and other genomic-based applications. The site is certified to ISO9001 and ISO13485.

With more than 70 members of staff, the Berlin team serves its customers worldwide with sequencing services ranging from classical Sanger Sequencing on ABI3730 instruments to Next Generation Sequencing on different illumina instruments. This includes services such as Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) and SeqSNP.
