Erin, Head of Customer Success, Americas
What does your job entail?
As head of Customer Success, Americas, I lead the Customer Success teams for the region. Our mission as a team is to support our customers, ensuring they have a great relationship with LGC. My days are often spent working closely with other regional leaders on projects that will enhance our customer’s experience.
What do you most like about LGC?
I love the collaboration that goes on between all of LGC’s sites and departments. There are always so many things in the works and it’s a great to be a part of that.
Best advice for new employees?
Ask questions and don’t be afraid to suggest ways to improve. Continuous improvement is a big part of the LGC culture, and input is welcome and encouraged. Also, get involved outside of your core areas of responsibility. There are so many opportunities to get involved in projects that challenge you and enhance your skill set.
What is your proudest moment at LGC?
Being a part of LGC’s response to COVID-19 is my proudest moment at LGC so far. It’s incredible how we’ve all worked together to support our customers and each other during the pandemic.
