LGC appoints Vivid Sehgal as Chief Financial Officer

LGC has announced today that Vivid Sehgal will join its Board of Directors and leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective Monday 24 January. Vivid replaces Simon Parsons, who will leave LGC after 11 years of service. Simon will continue to work with Vivid to ensure a smooth transition before leaving LGC at end of March 2022.

Vivid was most recently CFO of Tate & Lyle PLC, a global provider of ingredients and solutions for the food, beverage and industrial markets, and is a former CFO of Delphi Technologies PLC and LivaNova PLC. Vivid previously held senior management positions in Allergan Inc., Gillette Inc. and GlaxoSmithKline PLC working across the US, Europe and the Middle East.
