Enabling the recycling of technology critical elements from e-waste

Blog - our Inorganic Analysis team at the UK National Measurement Laboratory at LGC are working with partners across Europe and the recycling industry to develop and underpin analytical methods to determine the presence of technology critical elements, within electronic waste samples. This knowledge can then be used by the industry to determine suitable recycling pathways and promote the reuse of TCEs.

Infectious disease researchers publish routes to ensure lessons are learned from COVD-19 when using PCR for monkeypox diagnosis

News - The paper, titled “Monkeypox: another test for PCR”, focuses on how to ensure the PCR diagnosis tests being deployed for monkeypox will be most accurate and that lessons learned on PCR testing from the COVID-19 pandemic are applied to the current epidemic.
