Professional memberships and innovation
Our organisation holds a number of relevant memberships to leading international scientific committees and societies, where some of our employees hold leading roles.
Innovation plays a big part in our organisation and our innovation groups work to identify and explore solutions to current challenges and opportunities involving science, technology and business enterprise.
Our employees have the opportunity to get involved in both internal and external activities. We encourage colleagues to become science ambassadors, helping to inspire young people into a career in science, wherever they are.
Each year we support a different corporate charity, chosen by our employees. Everyone is encouraged to get involved and participate in fund raising activities at each of our sites. We also have a number of sports and social clubs across the organisation, as well as a number of subsidised social events throughout the year.
