LGC exploits the power of new mass
spectrometry technologies and the intelligent coupling of
modern separation methods to develop (primary) methods of analysis
to improve accuracy, traceability and uncertainty, for ultra trace
levels of analytes. These methods can be applied to complex
matrices ranging from body fluids and tissues to foodstuffs and
environmental samples.
We deliver investigative analysis and innovation to meet diverse
requirements ranging from research-led discovery to flagship
research including the Government Chemist and chemical and biological metrology
programmes.
Our accurate & traceable quantitative measurements support
and underpin measurements, both locally and internationally, as
part of the UK Chemical Calibration
Facility (UKCCF).
With expertise ranging from traditional reagent-based methods to
high throughput robotics, we have the flexibility to welcome new
challenges.
