Through the talent development programme we aim to provide high potential staff with the skills and opportunities to become our leaders of the future. This could be through secondments to job roles in other locations or divisions, shadowing, working on high-profile projects, or participating in our ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited Ultimate Manager and Ultimate Leader development workshops.
The scientific excellence of our staff underpins our ambitious growth plans and the ability to bring innovation to the market has led to the development of an exciting new career opportunity through the introduction of a ‘Science Fellowship’ programme.
This programme enables staff to progress to senior levels, while remaining specialists within their field of expertise. Science Fellows continue to fulfil their current role within the business and are provided with additional support to assume a small number of additional responsibilities. This includes mentoring the development of the next generation of science leaders, brand protection and development.
