Euan O'Sullivan, Corporate Development
Director
Euan O’Sullivan joined LGC in July 2010. He leads the Group’s
corporate development activities, including mergers, acquisitions,
disposals and strategy development. Euan joined LGC from UK
mid-market private equity house LGV Capital, where he was an
Investment Director. Prior to LGC, Euan worked as a consultant in
Accenture’s business strategy practice and within the M&A
division of Close Brothers Corporate Finance. Euan is a graduate of
University College, Oxford.
