Food intolerance: challenges and developments conference, 29 October

On 29 October, Michael Walker will be speaking at the safefood conference in Galway, Ireland.

The conference, titled “Food Intolerance – Challenges and developments” sees Michael join Prof. Nicholas Kennedy (Trinity College, Dublin), Laura Kalac (FODMAP Friendly), Grainne Denning (Coeliac Society of Ireland), Dr Andrew Flanagan (Public Analyst Laboratory, Galway), Dr Audrey Dunn Galvin (UCC) and Derek & Tina Thompson from Gluten-Free Ireland.

Topics for discussion will include food intolerance and how it is linked with gastrointestinal symptoms and make clear the differences between the psychology of food allergy and food intolerance.

This seminar will be open to all who are interested in food intolerance and safer food for better business. It will begin at 10:15am and will conclude with a discussion and Q&A at 3pm. It is free of charge for members of the Network (join here).
